The Lego Ninjago Fire Temple could be the largest of the particular Lego Ninjago 2011 sets at this point and is an extraordinary set both visually to get a display piece and even as a enjoy experience for young ones.
The game by itself is pretty simple and fun people don’t even have to play the games to build or enjoy the sets. My son never really got into playing the games but loves this sets and minifigures ourselves: 0)
The Lego Ninjago Fire Temple set comprises of four Ninja minifigures, three “bad guy” figures, a large brow that splits within two to reveal a fire dragon and features numerous accessories such as weapons and assorted trees and bridges to set the scene.

Lego Ninjago Fire Temple: A Little Background
The Ninjago theme is often a Lego theme introduced in 2011 with much fanfare.
The theme is located around the Ninja inspired fictional martial art ofSpinjitzu. The practice includes two opponents spinning around fast and planning to disarm the other. It is a reasonably simple concept but can be made more involved with the introduction in Battle Cards.
The theme plus particularly this arranged, remind me from the Adventurer’s theme through 2003, particularly the Orient Expedition set, Dragon Fortress. This theme also had a play system based upon cards, but no spinners. The theme seemed to be fairly successful and introduced an increasingly global feel to the world of Lego.
The theme highlights some wonderful new pieces that kids can use to create their own buildings, vehicles and creatures at a later date.
It is fantastic too that Lego has seen fit to produce many (except for all) of the specialized pieces using “Oriental” looking motifs less stickers but entirely printed pieces which will last longer.
Lego Ninjago Fire Temple: A Closer Look
At first glance (including second, third and lastly glances) it’s a great looking collection!
It comes with a big colorful temple rife with Japanese-style character in addition to ninja-stylings, a very nice looking dragon together with a good mix of figures; two ninjas (you white, one red), a ninja master in addition to a lady who seems she can support her own and even three bad guys including the elusive head bad guy, Lord Garmadon.
We loved this set and will see it becoming very popular down the track.
The Fire Temple
The two storey flame temple is stuffed with detail and includes some beautiful printed parts for any doors/screens on both equally levels. Green dragon sculptures guard the entrance and Lego has managed to create a beautiful display piece having a relatively small amount of pieces.
The one thing to notice is that you have no sides on the temple, like many modern day Lego playsets, there is only the front and back. The front for display as well as the back reveals your play features powering.
The temple alone measures over 10” (25cm) wide and 11” (27cm) tall so it will be large enough enabling some creative play although will all lego units, kids can use the model as a basis to construct their own, larger temple whenever they want.
The main play feature of the temple is that it splits in a pair of to revel the existence of the fire dragon what person guards the dragon sword of fire, a legendary weapon apparently ab muscles prize of Spinjitsu warriors and high among the list of Lord Garmadon’s “Things to Steal Today”.
The Fire Dragon
The Fire Dragon is rather cool.
I have to confess Everyone loves the Ninjago dragons and the belief that the characters acquire and ride those magnificent beasts just adds to their coolness. Its like a dream mix of Kung-Fu-Panda and The best way to Train Your Dragon(try to remember you heard it again here first) with a little bit of Ninja awesomeness to finish it off.
The way that your dragon comes right out of the temple is also quite inspired however limits the participate in area. For me Appraisal only use this feature sometimes, choosing to house the dragon elsewhere and only bringing him towards temple on exceptional occasions, like when Lord Garmadon arrives to check out a certain mythical sword.
The dragon will spit out footballs of fire out of his mouth as well which is a nice play feature but might want to be monitored if you have young children around
The Minifigures
As mentioned preceding, the set includes a great mix from minifigures.
Exclusives to that set include Sensei Wu with black robes also, the Fire Dragon Sword the industry very impressive hunting golden weapon.
The minifigures are:
§ Nya: Kai’s Sister, Nya has special psychic powers.
§ Sensei Wu – Spinjitsu master in special black robes
§ Ninja Zane – Ice Ninjago
§ Ninja Kai : Fire Ninjago
§ Lord Garmadon – Major Theif
§ Samukai – Underling
§ Kruncha – Under-underling
Out of the box the mixture of figures allow kids to play immediately and start making their particular stories.
